Therefore, the use and maintenance of the running in period of the gantry crane should be paid full attention to.
Container gantry crane
1, the operation error is much, because the structure and performance of the gantry crane is not enough (especially the new operator), it is easy to cause the malfunction because of the misoperation, even cause the mechanical accident.
2, due to poor lubrication new assembly parts clearance is small, and because the assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure uniformity with clearance, lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface, to prevent wear. Thereby reducing lubrication efficiency, resulting in early abnormal wear of parts. In severe cases, it will result in scuffing or occlusion of the friction surface, resulting in failure.
3, loose new processing and assembling parts, there is a geometry and size deviation, in the initial stage, due to shock, vibration and impact of alternating load, heating, deformation and other factors, such as excessive wear and easy, so that the original fastening parts loosening.
4, the leakage due to mechanical loosening, vibration and heating machine, machine sealing surface and pipe joints and the like, there will be leakage phenomenon; some defects such as casting, machining, assembling and debugging in hard to find, but because of vibration, the working process of the impact, the defects will be exposed. For leakage (3) oil (water). Therefore, the running in period is prone to leakage.
5, wear speed is fast, because of the new machine parts processing, assembly and adjustment and other factors, the friction surface is rough, the matching surface contact area is small, the surface pressure condition is uneven. During the operation of the machine, parts of the surface of the concave and convex parts of each other fitted friction, grinding down the metal debris, and as an abrasive, continue to participate in friction, but also to accelerate the parts with the surface of wear. Therefore, the wear and tear of parts and components (especially the mating surfaces) are easy to occur and the wear rate is fast during the running in period. At this time, if overload operation, may cause damage to parts, resulting in early failure.
